This Hybrid Training plan , is 10 weeks long. It consists of running , cycling and weight lifting to build on foundations to achieve elite athletic performance.
This is Level 3, and is not suitable for beginners or users with limited experience in hybrid training.
This is an advanced, high level training programme designed to build on concrete foundations. Turning you into an elite athlete.
This plan is crafted off of a series of steps i have used within my journey to get where I am now, starting at level 1 and progressing to level 2 and now here.
You will have a schedule accompanied by guidance and information to run; cycle and weight lift.
Once you have completed this you will be unstoppable.
