This Hybrid Training plan, is 8 weeks long. It consists of running ,cycling and weight lifting to build foundations to achieve elite athletic performance.
This plan is crafted off a series of steps I have used within my journey to get to where I am now.
You will have a schedule accompanied by guidance and information to run; cycle and weight lift.
Once you have completed this you will be equipped to progress to level 2.
